Member Benefits: Organizational Membership

Organizational membership provides the best overall value; this category is open to anyone, but is recommended for professionals who are active in recruiting and career services.

•  Current salary data for more than 90 disciplines at the bachelor’s degree level, by discipline, type of employer, and job function. (One-year subscription to Salary Survey, a report of starting salaries for new college graduates.)
• Current benchmarks NACE provides current benchmarks for career services (four-year and two-year), college recruiting, and internship/co-op programs. Plus, organizational members who participate in the benchmark surveys receive a complimentary copy of the full survey report. ($260 value for each benchmark survey)
• Content for your website, newsletter, or other communications through the Grab and Go service. Don't reinvent the wheel: You get access to articles and other resources that you can copy and paste into your communications to students, faculty, administrators, and other audiences.
• Hiring/recruiting projections, updated throughout the year in NACE’s Job Outlook report.
• The latest information on and insight into student attitudes about employers, the job search, and careers, through NACE’s annual Student Survey. (Participating colleges may receive a customized copy of the report.)

 ($225 per year OR $95 per year for those with an organizational membership
at their company or institution) 

e-Membership provides access to an array of online resources. In addition, professionals at organizations that hold an organizational membership receive a steep discount and get e-Membership for $95—more than half off the regular $225 rate. 

• Access to current benchmarks and hiring projections, and the latest on student attitudes. 
• Access to special networking opportunities, including Face2Face Events, Employer Roundtables (employer members), and the Mentor Program, plus online access to your community through discussion forums.
• Access to a variety of information through NACEWeb, the association’s official web site, including the NACE Journal in electronic format (Sample an article.), Member Directory, Career Fair Finder, and more.
• Steep discounts on NACE subscriptions: Salary Survey is $195 for e-members versus $315 nonmember price; and the NACE Journal (print format) is $50 versus $70 subscription for nonmembers.
